This notice explains how Strum App Development handles personal information through this website. Each of our apps has its own privacy notice, because different apps may use different features.

At a glance

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. This website does not currently offer user accounts, newsletters, advertising, or a contact form. We do not sell personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.

Website data

This website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, security logs, and essential cookies. We do not add advertising pixels or behavioural-tracking tools.

Email support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. This may include your name, the app you use, device or app-version details, and a description of your question.

We use this information only to reply, provide support, keep our services safe, meet legal obligations, and prevent misuse. We do not add support contacts to marketing lists. We normally delete support correspondence within 12 months after the matter is resolved, unless we need to keep it longer for security or legal reasons.

Children

Our website’s support and legal pages are intended for parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us. We do not knowingly ask children to send personal information through this website. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of information a child sent to us.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only when needed to operate the website and email service, including with Squarespace and Google Workspace, or when required by law. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using legally recognised safeguards.

Your rights

Under applicable privacy law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority:
