"Moet ik een account maken?"
Nee. Je speelt meteen. Voor de online ranglijsten en vrienden maakt de app zelf een anoniem account. Een naam kiezen voor je vrienden mag, maar hoeft niet.
"Waar staat mijn voortgang?"
Op je iPhone. Je voortgang gaat niet mee naar een ander toestel, en verdwijnt als je de app verwijdert. Wat je met echt geld hebt gekocht, krijg je terug met Restore purchases.
"Hoe werkt een nacht?"
Muggen vliegen langs de paden naar het bed van Sam. Zet verdedigers naast de paden en tik op de knop om de volgende golf te starten. Elke prik kost Sam slaap. Haalt hij de ochtend, dan win je de nacht en verdien je tot drie sterren.
"Wanneer gaan de tabbladen open?"
Defenders na nacht 2, Science na nacht 3, de Shop na nacht 4 en de Pass na nacht 5. De Daily Challenge en Endless Night openen later in het spel.
"Wat is gratis en wat kost geld?"
De hele game is gratis te spelen. In de Shop kun je onder meer Remove Ads, Double Zzz, de helden Mr. Whiskers en Kai, looks, munten en het Starter Pack kopen, en in de Pass het premium-pad van een seizoen. Munten, sterren en XP verdien je ook gewoon door te spelen. Prijzen staan in de app en kunnen per land verschillen.
"Wat doet Remove Ads?"
Het haalt de advertenties tussen de nachten weg, voorgoed. Advertenties waarmee je zelf kiest voor een beloning (zoals extra munten) blijven beschikbaar, maar je hoeft ze nooit te bekijken.
"Hoe werkt de Night Pass?"
Elk seizoen duurt 30 dagen. Met nachten, de Daily Challenge en dagelijkse opdrachten verdien je punten voor het gratis pad. Het premium-pad geeft extra beloningen voor dat seizoen. Alleen de pass van het huidige seizoen is te koop.
"Ik heb iets gekocht, maar ik zie het niet"
Controleer of je met hetzelfde Apple-account bent ingelogd en tik dan op Restore purchases, onderaan de Shop of in Instellingen.
"Kan ik mijn geld terugkrijgen?"
Betalingen lopen via Apple. Een terugbetaling vraag je aan op reportaproblem.apple.com.
"Hoe werken de ranglijsten?"
De Daily Challenge is elke dag dezelfde nacht met een twist, voor iedereen. Je ziet hoe je scoort tegen andere spelers en je vrienden. Endless Night heeft een ranglijst per week. Andere spelers zien alleen cijfers. Zet je Online rankings uit in Instellingen, dan stuurt de app niets.
"Hoe voeg ik een vriend toe?"
Open Instellingen → Friends. Deel je vriendcode of vul de code van een vriend in. Jullie zijn meteen vrienden.
"Iemand heeft een vervelende naam"
Tik bij Vrienden op die speler om hem te verwijderen, te blokkeren of de naam te melden.
"Hoe zit het met Game Center?"
Na je eerste gewonnen nacht vraagt de game of je wilt inloggen bij Game Center voor prestaties en ranglijsten. Dat hoeft niet: de game werkt ook zonder.
"Hoe beheer ik advertenties en tracking?"
In de EER en het VK vind je in Instellingen de knop Privacy choices voor het toestemmingsformulier van Google. Tracking zet je aan of uit in de iOS-instellingen → Privacy en beveiliging → Tracking.
"Hoe verwijder ik mijn gegevens?"
Instellingen → Delete online account (tik twee keer) verwijdert je account en alles wat erbij hoort meteen van de server. Reset progress wist je voortgang op de iPhone.
Problemen oplossen
- Start de app opnieuw, of je iPhone.
- Installeer de nieuwste versie uit de App Store.
- Ranglijsten en vrienden hebben internet nodig. Zonder verbinding speel je gewoon verder; je pogingen worden later verstuurd.
- Vermeld bij een melding je iPhone-model, de iOS-versie en de versie van de app (onderaan Instellingen).

"Do I need an account?"
No. You can play right away. For the online rankings and friends, the app makes an anonymous account by itself. Choosing a name for your friends is optional.
"Where is my progress saved?"
On your iPhone. Your progress doesn't move to another device, and it is removed if you delete the app. Anything you bought with real money comes back with Restore purchases.
"How does a night work?"
Mosquitoes fly along the paths to Sam's bed. Place defenders beside the paths and tap the button to start the next wave. Every bite costs Sam sleep. If he sleeps until morning, you win the night and earn up to three stars.
"When do the tabs open?"
Defenders after Night 2, Science after Night 3, the Shop after Night 4 and the Pass after Night 5. The Daily Challenge and Endless Night open later in the game.
"What is free and what costs money?"
The whole game is free to play. In the Shop you can buy Remove Ads, Double Zzz, the heroes Mr. Whiskers and Kai, looks, coins and the Starter Pack, and in the Pass the premium track of a season. You also earn coins, stars and XP just by playing. Prices are shown in the app and can differ by country.
"What does Remove Ads do?"
It removes the ads between nights, for good. Ads you choose to watch for a reward (such as extra coins) stay available, but you never have to watch them.
"How does the Night Pass work?"
Each season lasts 30 days. Nights, the Daily Challenge and daily quests earn points for the free track. The premium track adds extra rewards for that season. Only the current season's pass is on sale.
"I bought something, but I don't see it"
Check that you're signed in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore purchases, at the bottom of the Shop or in Settings.
"Can I get a refund?"
Payments go through Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
"How do the rankings work?"
The Daily Challenge is the same night with a twist for everyone, every day. You see how you did against other players and your friends. Endless Night has a weekly ranking. Other players only see numbers. If you switch off Online rankings in Settings, the app sends nothing.
"How do I add a friend?"
Open Settings → Friends. Share your friend code or enter a friend's code, and you're friends at once.
"Someone has an offensive name"
Tap that player in Friends to remove or block them, or to report the name.
"What about Game Center?"
After your first night won, the game asks whether you'd like to sign in to Game Center for achievements and leaderboards. You don't have to: the game works without it.
"How do I manage ads and tracking?"
In the EEA and the UK, Settings has a Privacy choices button that opens Google's consent form. Turn tracking on or off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
"How do I delete my data?"
Settings → Delete online account (tap twice) removes your account and everything that belongs to it from the server at once. Reset progress erases your progress on the iPhone.
Troubleshooting
- Restart the app, or your iPhone.
- Install the latest version from the App Store.
- Rankings and friends need an internet connection. Without one you keep playing; your tries are sent later.
- When you report a problem, include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (at the bottom of Settings).
